It is also named N-Hexadecyltrimethylammonium Chloride. It is soluble in isopropyl alcohol easily and soluble in water. The product is stable with heat, light, pressure, strong acid and alkali. It performs good in permeating, softening, antistatic, biodegradation and sterilization. It is compatible with cationic, non-ionic surfactants.
 
Main Applications
It is used in silicone oil, cosmetics, waterproofing paints and pitch as an emulsifier. It can be used as a sterilizer in oil, paper, food and textile industrial, as a flocculant in sewage treatment. It is also applied as antistatic agents and softeners in synthetic fibers, natural fibers and glass fibers.
